1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are prohibited from registering accounts or using 7gain services:

2.5 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 7gain. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly forbidden and will result in the closure of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of all winnings. Accounts registered using false or misleading information, shared devices, shared payment methods, or coordinated with other users to exploit bonuses or promotions will be considered duplicate accounts regardless of the technical details.

We will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access unless such access resulted from a security breach on our end.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws, 7gain must verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide government-issued identification (valid Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, credit card photo, or e-wallet screenshot) upon request. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You are obligated to keep your account information current and accurate at all times. Any changes to your personal details, contact information, or payment methods must be updated immediately through your account settings. 4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

6. BETTING RULES AND GAME CONDUCT

You agree that 7gain's determination of the correct account state is final and binding.

6.4 Irregular Betting Patterns

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and Deception: Using fraudulent documents, providing false information, impersonating another person, or engaging in any form of deception to open or maintain an account.
• Unauthorized Access: Accessing another user's account, sharing account credentials, using automated software or bots to place bets, or attempting to breach our security systems.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, sharing information about hole cards in poker, or any form of cooperative play designed to exploit the system.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimize funds obtained through illegal means, or engaging in transactions designed to circumvent reporting requirements.

8. DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS

8.4 No Class Actions

You agree to resolve disputes with 7gain on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against the Company. This waiver does not affect your right to file individual claims or complaints with regulatory authorities.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

9.1 Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, 7gain does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for maintenance, upgrades, regulatory requirements, or any other reason without prior notice. 9.2 Limitation of Liability

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

7gain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or emotional distress, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

9.4 Third-Party Content

Games on the Platform are provided by third-party software suppliers. 7gain is not responsible for errors, bugs, or malfunctions in third-party games, although we will work with providers to investigate and resolve issues. Your primary recourse for game-specific issues is through our Customer Support team, who will liaise with the game provider on your behalf.

10. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support and requesting account closure. Before your account can be closed, you must withdraw all available balances, complete any pending wagering requirements, and resolve any outstanding issues. Once closed, you may not re-open the account without our express written consent.

10.2 Termination by 7gain

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete verification, requests from regulatory authorities, or if we determine that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to our operations or other players. Upon termination by 7gain, any available balance will be returned to you after deduction of any fees, charges, or amounts owed to us, unless the termination is due to fraudulent activity.

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You must discontinue all use of the Platform and may not attempt to create a new account. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law) shall remain in effect after termination.

10.4 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, you may request self-exclusion from the Platform for periods of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will be unable to deposit funds, place bets, or receive marketing communications. 11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

11.1 Ownership

The 7gain name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 7gain and may not be used without our express written permission.

11.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 7gain grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written consent.

11.3 Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Platform's software. You may not use robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Platform. You may not frame or mirror any portion of the Platform without our express written permission.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in these courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplementary terms for specific promotions or features, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7gain regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.

13.2 Amendment

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Website. Your continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. 13.3 Waiver

No waiver by 7gain of any breach or default under these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. 7gain may freely assign these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder to any third party without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

13.5 Force Majeure

7gain shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, internet failures, power outages, or natural disasters.

13.6 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event these Terms are translated into other languages, the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency.
